Padparadscha sapphire with a diamond halo set in rose gold. I wanted something I could safely wear all the time without worrying so went for quite a chunky, flat setting. DH chose the stone and we then designed it together. I absolutely love it.

Excuse sausage fingers and excessive redness - I took this in the heat of summer and can’t be arsed to take another one...

(I picked mine, too, which was lucky for my OH as the one I wanted was much smaller than what he would have picked!)

This is mine. 18ct white gold cluster. Not to everyone's taste but I love it. Ive had moments of being insecure because it isn't a conventional solitaire but I never wanted one of those anyway!

@brightbluesky I've gone for a cluster and I've doubted my choice a couple of times already because it is a bit different but I tried on many solitaire rings and they just didn't feel very me!

I love mine, I'm quite old fashioned so I wanted yellow gold. It's an oval diamond set sideways and only clasped on two sides, so you can see the whole stone. I love it!
