My hair is highlighted and is in poor condition
It's breaking off at alarming rates!

What can I use to help repair it?

Olaplex, your best having a hairdresser do the whole two step thing. I’ve often bought step 3 online -amazon etc, and it’s helped massively when I had bleached hair.

You need a combination of protein treatments and moisture treatments - you shouldn’t overdo either though. Olaplex is a protein treatment, your coloured hair probably needs protein but it will snap off and generally be more dry if you use protein treatments too much - they’re not the same as a moisture treatment so don’t use them like conditioner.

I really like kerastase masks, but if you’re on a budget Matrix is really good too.

Try and keep your hair up as much as possible for a few weeks, your hair’s condition will improve with the treatments but you want to avoid further breakage in the meantime.

As far as styling products, I like GHD advanced split ends therapy which is also a heat protectant. Kerastase ciment thermique too.

Sorry, but overdo I mean use them too frequently!
