It's gorgeous, fits perfectly and I love it.

However it says on the label that it shouldn't go on a hanger as it will distort and it also can't go in the dryer.

If I can't hang it up how the fudge do I dry the damn thing?

Drape it over a clothes airer or banister?

Ninkaninus · 13/10/2019 10:30

Get a laundry rack and hang it over that. Lie it flat over the top with the ends draping over each side, rather than over one line only.

Or, dry it on a hanger as usual but folded like you would with trousers. It’s the shoulders that you want to protect from distortion.

You can get pop up drying things that air across the bath or on top of a clothes airer.

They must have a name.

Airer! Sorry should have thought of that. Obviously Sunday morning brain dead. 😁

Which dress is it? You might find someone else here has bought it and successfully washed it.

Anything I've had from Boden has washed really well and I rarely follow the labels.
