How often are the Jo Malone promotions on?

Like drop the ball? Im just wondering if theres usually one before Christmas.

They did one last year in November or December. I remember because I treated myself at the time

They did one in November/ maybe early December last year. I remember as dh bought me a Christmas present from there that I had to order because he was worried about getting the wrong thing. It was a bit rubbish though. I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't for the fact I wanted something anyway. They also keep increasing the minimum spend every time while giving out the unwanted stock from summer as freebies.

The last one wasnt as good as previously but still worked out quite well for presents (to myself)

I think there was a November one last year but wouldn't swear to it. I only ever actually purchased once as a direct result and that was a few years ago when it was good - bought a candle and got one free basically. Am not interested in a free scent i didn't choose and wouldn't buy otherwise, or a body cream.

I wouldn't buy their candles anymore though, that amount for paraffin wax and the opportunity to poison yourself is no bargain and I think the brand isn't what it used to be several years ago. It has become a bit ubiquitous but without offering anything new or interesting, the packaging standards are also dropping and I don't think it has the 'luxury' vibes it once did- I see the bath and body bits in tk maxx every few months.

The scents have zero staying power. I agree with PP I would maybe think twice about even bothering tbh

I purchased early November last year. I love nectarine blossom and honey and I think it does last really well. Some others don't.

Sorry should have said ... I purchased early November in the promotion. Spend X get a pull at a cracker for a free gift. If you clear cookies you can usually get multiple pulls till you find something you like or you can gift (or eBay).
