So has anyone bought Allbird Mizzles yet?

Seen a few threads over the past weeks with posters thinking of getting them.

Has anyone purchased? Any feedback?

I genuinely think they - and the original wool runners - look really nice.

But I know some posters say they look like grandad shoes!!!

No one?

Or has anyone got the regular ones, the Wool Runners and can comment on how waterproof they are? I think the original ones look slighly nicer as the sole is not so chunky but wouldn't want wet feet!

I have a couple of pairs of the regular runners, comfiest shoes I own. Also have a pair of the loungers, although to be honest they really do look like grandpa slippers, but again so comfy that I don't really care.

I have worn both in light rain and they're fine because they're quite thick, but I wouldn't wear them in a downpour, they're not properly waterproof. If you do buy them please report back!

Ahhh so these are what my friend was wearing over the weekend. The shoes (and his socks) were absolutely squelching and wringing wet having walked through the rain, though apparently they are supremely comfortable in dry weather. They looked really good, but I was wondering if you have to lanolise them like you do with a knitted wool nappy cover... (he was not pleased when I made this comparison!!)

I've been wearing Tree Breezers all summer. I've loved them. So comfy. Despite that I'm not sure they are worth the £95 price tag Hmm
