But I'm not sure how best to accessorize it...gold bag and necklace or a colour? My shoes are a pale pink with a little bit of gold on them. Please help, I'm hopeless at this and don't want to get it wrong! Working on a standard high street budget.

Love the dress OP.

I'd steer clear of bright coloured accessories given that there's so much going on in the bodice. Think gold would be spot on for the bag and would tie in nicely with your bag. Same for jewellery, gold would be perfect. Earrings if wearing hair up, necklace if not. I would keep the jewellery fairly low-key.

There are loads of affordable gold/metallic shoes in ASOS, just had a quick search.

Thanks @ChateauneufDuTwat I'm going to go for gold accessories and a gold bag and hopefully pull it off.

hiya the dress is fabulous - what is your skin tone colour? that will dicate the best colour of accessories to use . If you have a warm skin tone go for gold if cool skin tone go for silver :) x

@dwatki I've got a cool skin tone (otherwise know as pasty white) but I'm going to get a fake tan a couple of days beforehand so that should hopefully warm me up!
