Boots like these...?

I'm trying to find some ankle boots to wear with dresses. I have really skinny ankles, so thought something like these would avoid the problem of boots gaping around them.
Can anyone point me towards boots like these, but in leather?

I've got these leather boots from Clarks, I can just about get my feet in them so I'd say they're ideal if you're thinner.
