Is this ok to wear in Autumn?

Ive bought this dress today, a bargain price of £4.99 in my local Newlife store.
Could I wear it now or would you say its too summery? Was thinking for drinks out? If so what to style it with?

Yes wear it now!!! It would look great with knee high black boots. Heel or flat. Ankle boots with opaque tights.
Maybe with a black roll neck underneath. Then when it's cold, put a chunky knit jumper on top so it's kind of like a skirt! Endless possibilities x
