Hi Everyone,

Has anyone used Starpowa gummies vitamins? I have seen them advertised a lot lately.

If so, what results did you get from them?
Would you recommend them?

£40 for vitamins!! Are you having a laugh?! Just get biotin and bog standard multivits and don’t be sucked into clever marketing.

Superdrug do their own version which have pretty much identical ingredients for a fraction of the cost.

@MustardScreams I take it you haven't and won't be trying them then!!

@wouldntmindbeingmrsw yes I have. They tasted nice. I think they improved my skin and nails. I ought to start taking them again really to see if they improve my hair.

Are you able to take tablets?

Superdrug hair vitamins are £8 for 60.
