Homemade face masks

For my DDs 10th birthday party we will be making and applying homemade face masks.
I’ve never done this before and don’t know what possessed me to suggest it but there’s no going back now.
What ingredients would be gentle enough for their skin? And any tips on how to make/apply/remove the masks please?

Mashed up strawberries and honey? At least it will smell nice and be edible.

Mashed avocado! My neice makes her own and she tried the avocado on me. It was really nice and soothing. Granulated sugar and oil is good for exfoliation.

I hadn’t thought of strawberries. Do you think they might be a bit acidic?
Avocado is a good idea.
I also thought of oatmeal, mashed banana, honey. Maybe egg to help bind? Anything else?
