How do I get this hair? Pics included

My natural hair colour is a mid brown and I have some highlights at the moment but I really fancy a change and would like my hair to be like the model in the picture. She is a natural brunette I believe.

Would I need a full head of highlights? Any idea about colour? Upkeep? I would just like to know what I'm asking for at the hairdressers as I never really get what I want!

With a half head the underneath of your hair will still be dark. You certainly need a lot more foils than what you currently have

I think I will book a full head of foils then... just never know what appointment to make

Your hair isn't that different ! Discuss it with the hairdresser - that's what they usually do when you go in.

I think it's not too far away from what you already have. Maybe a full head of foils or free painted ballyage
