I posted recently about losing a diamond bracelet on holiday
Insurance are sorting - hopefully in manner to which I will be happy!
Went to an antiques fair today and bought a lovely bracelet

Just trying to decide what to spend the other £2500 on - any suggestions?

A diamond tennis bracelet ?

Bracelet is lovely. Id be tempted to go for a new ring. They're always my downfall.

I’m thinking ring myself - just hoping insurance don’t give voucher as I prefer to buy antique/second hand

If you have a store in mind see if they accept insurance payouts.
I worked in an independent and we were set up for it- but not all are.

But yes yes- definitely antique/second hand. Decline vouchers for a chain jewellers as you'll never get anything worth the money.

Its very rare that I'd buy a second hand tennis bracelet though as there's so many links- there tends to be a fair bit of wear somewhere and it's not always obvious. (Caveat- if it's in 'as new' condition then jump on it!)
