Help me find a dress

I have in my mind the perfect going out dress. It's green, with a highish neck and thin straps like in the picture but slightly thicker straps ideally, in a slinky but not shiny fabric, and to the knee. Ideally good quality as I'm in my 40s and can't get away with cheap dresses any more.
Does it exist? Can you help me find one? I'd settle for navy if I have to but I'd love green. I have searched but can't find anything like what's in my mind.

Wow that Lipsy one is almost exactly what I had in mind. It's a little dark and I don't know about the scalloped hem but I'm saving it.

I could make one, I can sew, but I'd prefer just to buy one.
