Hi guys,
I love browsing the what are you wearing today thread but being plussize (Size 26) I often can't take inspiration from it. I wondered if any other size 18+ would like to share what they are wearing today?

I'm visiting family today and it is fucking freezing here, (scuse swears and all that). So I'm in All The Layers.

Loving the inspirational pics! You all look fab! I look like a fifth-hand sack of frumpy potatoes in everything I wear.

I'm definitely not slim, size 20 and only 5ft 5 (and a precious half!) I think its important for all us plus size 18's and above to stop apologising for our bodies but dress to love ourselves not to hide lumpy tummies or a saggy ass, but to flatter and highlight the bits you like, and soon, love about yourself. I'm a work in progress in this, i have been all sizes you could possibly imagine, and hating myself for it. I'm learning, slowly, to be the best me, for everyone i love, i need to love myself first.

Please everyone, go easy on yourselves, lets all genuinely compliment each other and realise we are not second class citizens just because we are not the same as the airbrushed fake bodies on tv etc...

Now, can someone give me a hand to get off this soap box!!

I could not agree more! We all have the right to exist in our body and love it just as it is now!

I'm terms of outfits today I'm in an all black base layer (consisting of leggings and a long sleeve top) with the dogtooth jacket I posted up thread on top and some white primark trainers. Just running some errands and then it's a cosy afternoon for me .

I promise I will post pictures soon! But my room is such a tip I just can't because the background would look so bad

I love all the outfits and different styles that have been posted so far and like someone said up thread am hoping that lots of us can get up the courage to post some more photos.

I'm wearing an 'homage to BonMarché.

Same ol' straight black jeans with the comfiest (and possibly loudest) jumper in the world. It hangs brilliantly and ends at just the right place.

I LOVE this thread! It's great to see where you all get your clothes from. My nearest Evans closed, my nearest New Look doesn't stock plus size any more and it suddenly became difficult to try on clothes. I'm a bit of a funny shape, a huge ball on stilts (size 24, big boobs and stomach, strangely skinny legs).

Today, I'm wearing George at Asda light grey tie-bottom waffle top, dark grey Primark vest underneath, a crepey black skirt from M&S and new slate Snag tights.

Everyone raves about Snag tights, but I don't like them as much as I thought I would. I think I prefer the thick cotton/wool Autograph ones from M&S. They're £9.50 a pair, but so comfy and last for ages.

I've ordered some tights from Snag too, which I think may have arrived while I was away. I'm weirdly excited seeing as they're only tights...saddo that I am . I've also gone 80 denier for autumn.

I've been to Bonmarche (and learned to spell it correctly ) and bought two pairs of the Susie slim leg jeans in black and dark denim, 27" leg and they are a perfect length on me at 5'3". If they wear well enough and don't go baggy or fade too quickly, I will probably buy more before they disappear. The Sara, which looked nice online, have a part elasticated back waist, which I don't like.

Hi all. So here for this thread!! I'm a size 22 and tend to have three outfits I rotate. Today I'm in some Tesco jeans, matalan long vest top and a slouchy batwing jumper I got from
ASOS maternity when I was pregnant. I just got a lovely dress from New Look plus that I'll pair with my beloved Snag tights.

I went for 'beach bum' (teal), mustard and navy. I think they're here! Need to climb out from my dcs who are using me as a chair so I can get them out and look at them.
