Just bought these brogues...

I've never worn clumpy shoes before - am more of a boot or sandal person. But I need something comfy for work - what do you think of these? What can I wear them with? Will they go with opaques and a dress? What sort of trousers - I guess cropped? Help!

I have a few pairs of lace ups for work and I love them with opaques and miniskirts or dresses or cropped trousers.

I've got these. So far I've worn them with cropped trousers and with short skirts and opaques.

Would you wear black opaques with them or grey for the metallic?

Have worn mine with black tights. Also with fishnet socks.

I like them too. I was looking for brogues recently and I bought size 38 from Next but they were too small. I then ordered size 39 and they were too big. Luckily I was able to bring the larger size back. Sizing on the Next ones was WRONG. I am size 38!

Ooh. Going to go and try those on. Sadly Clark’s aren’t usually a good fit for me, but it’s worth a try!

I have these in oxblood from last winter and they go with lots. Usually wore them for work and stuck to heeled Chelsea boots for casual so they were with tapered high waisted black trousers.

Sometimes wore them with rolled boyfriend jeans with a t shirt and leather jacket. They were so comfy, can't wait to get them back out this year!

I want something similar in burgundy if anyone’s seen anything.

I've bought my first ever brogues this year, two pairs. DP calls me Mr Noisy every time I wear them.

I have those and in the pewter. Best Clark's shoes I've found in years and so comfy!
