Are things from Wowcher generally rubbish?

My hair dryer has just died and I have seen this on wowcher.

Looks very similar to much more unaffordable ones and there are no reviews, but is it going to be crap??

I've just looked at the first review and it doesn't sound good op. Looks like it's from a Chinese seller.
I've never bought anything from there though.

Definitely coming from China and the reviews are not good
