Removal of spider nevi

I have quite a few spider nevi (aka spider angioma) on my upper chest, a few on my face and neck and some on my upper arms. I'm not so bothered about the ones on my arms and those on my face are disguised with makeup ok, but I hate the ones on my chest, people keep asking if I have a rash/ have been injured etc.

I really want them removed and am prepared to save up for that. When I Google to find out how to go about it I just end up confused, there are ads for cheap high street beauty shops claiming to deal with them, ads for private doctors where the first consultation starts at £200+ and I can't work out whether that also covers a first treatment, etc. So can anyone recommend somewhere, ideally in Manchester, I can approach about this?

And on the off chance- I have a Philips Lumea. Would that be of any use on these things?

I had a spider naevi on my nose and used my Philips lumea and it worked! I did it really randomly because I couldn’t tell it was working initially and kept forgetting to do it.

Mine was very small.
