Long length school trousers size 10😖

Dd is 5ft 10. She wants skinny trousers.

They can’t have jeans or anything with rivets or studs on the pockets.No stupid ankle zips or zip pockets

I used to get her treggings from TU but they are now too short.

So have tried all the following:

Uniqlo? My 5ft8" daughter had their trousers for the last two years of school.

Zara and Mango trousers always seem super long (but I'm v short).

Are you looking at kids' uniform or adult clothes?

My DD is tall and leggy and these have worked for her. They're a 32.5" inside leg. But that might still be too short for your DD.

Or could she wear these from Gap? I have these in Tall and they are really long. They've only got them in a UK 6 but worth giving them a go as Gap sizing is bizarre. I had to take them up (and I usually wear 34" inside leg).

I do think there's a gap in the market. If I were more business minded I'd start a school uniform business for tall kids. Actually, there's probably a market for a wider range of sizes full stop. Not just tall. I'm really struggling to get tights, jogging bottoms, and trousers to fit my DD and she's only in Y7. She's not the only tall girl in her year. Where are these kids meant to get their clothes from?!

Have you looked in the tall range at next, women's not kids? They are mostly on line not in store.

M&S has loads on line! Most skinny trousers are casual though. They have lots of stretch so don’t suit higher quality trousers fabrics. You wouldn’t want to pay that money anyway! She might just have to take what you can get.

I’ve always found Uniqlo ones too short. Finally tracked some down in DP. Next had some too🙏

Wherearewenow, it proper does my head in!😖 l can get them from places like Select, but they’d last about a week.

Most of them l found are overstyled, with zips at the hips or stupid fabric belts 😖

what's her inside leg? New look have some skinny black trousers, 36" leg. I ordered them to try them on (for work!) and sent them back- too much like school trousers!
