Bum Spots

Apologies embarrassing topic but does anyone else get these ? Im
not talking pimples, i mean sore like acne type spots.

First i thought it might be from the gym, sweat etc but im getting them a lot and not just one, clusters of them.

Ive been putting Sudocrem on them which helps but never seems to get rid of them. I have scars/marks from them also.

Its embarrassing i wont let my man see my bum which obviously is not easy

I wouldn't use Sudocream - it's very oily and possibly contributing to the problem. Treat it as acne, use acne cream and some cornstarch powder at night.

It sounds like staph, go see your Dr. I plucked up the courage a couple of years ago and although I still get the occasional one, it’s now much much better.

Try some fake tan to improve the look of the scars? I use the Garnier gradual one one or twice a week...def improves the appearance of my bum!
