Apple shape and need occasion dress

I'm a short apple shape and trying to find Sam occasion dress for baby's christening in s couple of months. Has anyone seen anything recently that would suit? I went shopping and couldn't find anything that looked nice. I know I will need to alter the length but I need to dress my tummy! Thank you
