What can I use to style my 13-month-old's hair?

My son has fine, straight hair that is now long enough to get in his eyes. I want to sweep it to one side rather than cut it, and have been looking into styling products suitable for babies/toddlers that will hold it in place. The only one I've seen in the shop is the Cantu hair custard which says it's for textured hair so would be (presumably) unsuitable.

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to hair products in general so any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!

DS hair is like this. He's nearly 3 and to be honest nothing has worked so far (because I was tired of getting it cut every week) the best was a little dab of something like Vaseline when it was wet but too much made it greasy

I just brush it out of his eyes every 3 seconds now instead Hmm

Get it cut at a children's salon. They have hairstylists who work fast, and distractions to keep little ones happy.

If you get a good short cut you won't have to do it again for a good while.
