Wasn't sure where to post this but are you a fan? What do you find are the benefits? I've had a few treatments (I have MS and have read that it's beneficial) just wondered what your experiences are and how regular/how long are your sessions?

I have. All times ive enjoyed it really for relaxation but the last time i had it I was really unwell after it. Apparently it releases toxins? Any way its put me off getting it again.

I have been having it approximately once a month since 1996. I find it very beneficial & often relaxing, but it depends on the practitioner.
Sessions are from 40 to 60 minutes.

Thank you both for your replies. I've started to have a 30 min treatment every 2 to 3 weeks and do feel a sense of wellbeing afterwards. It can be painful though when the therapist hits certain areas but when she explains which part of the body it relates to, it does make sense. I have told her about my health issues (MS and an ongoing shoulder problem) so hoping it will be beneficial for me. Please could I ask how much your treatments cost?

I've had it a couple of times and it made me feel amazing. I can't remember how much I paid.

I've only had the one session in desperation to try and bring about labour.... it didn't work and the little sod had to forcibly evicted a week later.

I think the session lasted 45 mins and I might have paid £30? I can't remember. It was very pleasant and relaxing.

Interesting replies, thank you. My sessions are £15 for 30 mins or £25 For an hour. The therapist comes to my place of work and I try to book the latest session so that I don't have to go back to work afterwards. I've read lots of positive things about reflexology for MS and that was what first interested me when colleagues were talking about their sessions with her.

I've had it twice and both times I felt like I had the flu the day afterwards

I love the massage but can't be doing with feeling so I'll

I'm a reflexology practitioner. I charge £45 for an hour and most of my clients come once a month..I've never had anyone said they feel like they have the flu. Sometimes very drowsy for a day
