Trousers that you can wear with boots

I need trousers for work that you can wear with boots. I don't like when there's a gap of flesh between boot and trouser end, I get too cold. Can't wear jeans unfortunately. Can anyone recommend styles and where to buy them? Ideally I'm looking for patterned, ie stripes or checkered, but plain ones could do too. I'm size 10 pear.

Wide leg maybe? Or do you want to e able to tuck them into your boots? If so, maybe cigarette pants.

Oh I do like the look of those. I wonder if they'd be a bit too wide. Straight leg would probably be ok with ankle boots?

Yeah, I reckon straight leg, as long as they didn't taper in at all and assuming the ankle boots aren't massive.
