Best hair care products?

I straighten my hair a couple of times a week. I'm looking for a decent heat protection product that won't make my fine hair look greasy and lanky? Any recommendations ?

I'm obsessed with the Milkshake Incredible Milk. I got it from my hairdresser but you can buy it online. It basically does a bit of everything - heat protects, conditions, adds shine. Doesn't feel greasy at all as it's a spray not an oil/cream. Smells amazing!
