How to stop heels slipping off while wearing tights?

Hi All, So as the weather is getting colder I've started to wear tights with my heels for work, the only problem is they slip off. The shoes fit absolutely fine without tights but this is not an option unfortunately. Any ideas how to stop them slipping off so I'm no longer walking like a penguin. Thanks

Plasters on inside of your shoe worth a try?

You can buy heel grips, which might help. Or those gel things that go under the ball of your foot.

I've tried the gel things, they seemed to work ok for the first hour then slipped all over.

I'll try some plasters and see if they give a bit of extra grip. Thanks :)
