How high maintenance would the Fleabag bob be do you think?

Well ....I have had a pixie for just about forever but fancy a change. My hair is pretty thick with a slight wave to it in places.

How long do you think it would take to grow, how awkward would the grow out be and how easy would it be to style everyday once achieved?

At the moment it is about 3 inches on top.

I have that hair! Completely by accident. I have a natural wave in my hair. Great length and very low maintenance.
Does need regular trims though.
