Snag tights cockup - customer service?

I ordered some tights from Snag a few weeks ago, was pleased with them, and ordered a further three black pairs which came on Saturday. I put the envelope straight in my tights drawer without opening it. Tonight I was sorting my clothes for work tomorrow, opened it, and I have only been sent one pair! The delivery note says three, and I paid for three.

I’ve emailed them, but I am conscious I have no proof. Has anyone got any experience of their customer service? It’s only about £12, so not the end of the world, but still v annoying!

They sent me the wrong order a few weeks ago. I emailed them and they sent me the right stuff straight out and told me to keep the wrong one too at no extra cost. Fab service I was very happy. I liked them before but will stay loyal to them now.

Oh, that’s great to know, thank you. I am just worried they might think I am a chancer and have just stashed two pairs since there’s no way I can prove I didn’t receive them.

Just updating to say they emailed last night and are sending out two more pairs. BUT the single black pair I received appear to be a completely different size from the others, and fell down all day yesterday! I threw them in the bin when I got home from work. I wonder if I was actually sent completely the wrong order, in terms of both size and quantity? I'm wearing the navy ones today and they are perfect, and the coloured ones are great too, so it's not like I've suddenly gained or lost a load of weight in the last fortnight.
