Stylish people on Instagram?

I’m 41, 5ft 3, size 8 and stuck in a fashion (or lack of) rut so I’m looking for inspiration!

I just started following smalltownthreads and 40notfrumpy

Who do you follow? Or any hashtags you’d recommend to follow.

Ideally any petite people, and ideally not ones that are permanently hashtagging #ad #gifted

I really like alifetostyle and myfashionable40s. Both are normal and down to earth but have inspired me to put together things I already have in new ways (I'm trying not to buy new).

Unfortunately, the vast majority of IGers are in it to make money out of you. They give you the impression that they really love that over priced item of polyester loveliness, but in reality would not be seen dead in it!
Seriously don't get sucked in. May be have a look at pinterest for ideas?

If they're not constantly hashtagging #ad and #gifted then they're probably just not disclosing their ads! The ones who do hashtag are the ones who have an ounce of integrity haha.

I read Who What Wear for inspiration and do follow a few people on insta, but the number is falling rapidly as they each begin to annoy me. Pinterest is pretty broken these days so that's rubbish for inspo now.

I like WearsMyMoney but that's about it at the moment.

Stealmystyle40 is 5ft3" I think, and very slim. She does seem to get a lot of gifts, but also seems to disclose it all. I like her as she wears a lot of high street so price wise it's fairly accessible.

I prefer to follow hashtags and discover people organically that way.

Try over30sstyle and variations of - there will also be plenty for petite women.

I follow a couple of cracking midsize bloggers now through hashtags and it’s much more relatable.

I still like Alex Steadman/ The Frugality though not much of her content is clothing these days. Erica Davies treats her feed like a fashion editor which I like a lot. And another vote for Kate Hiscox/ Wears My Money, her Sunday blog posts are always worth a read too.
They are about the only people I bother with these days though!

I'm fairly new to IG but there's a lovely lady called Rosie Henshaw I follow on there and YouTube. She does hauls of Primark and Asda clothing if that's your thing.

Susiesoso is petite and worth a follow.
