Hello. Does anyone have a recommendation for one? Nothing medical - I just want to look better as I just turned 40 and my face is starting to change.

Where are you? Dr Askari at Askinology in Leadenhall Market is good. Or Alison (nurse/owner, not doctor, but v good experienced one) at the Glasshouse in Clapham. I'd go for tretinoin/proper skincare (and a physical spf 50) before you think about going down the injectibles route...

It’s my forehead I’m not liking... it seems to have a life of its own these days. Every time I consciously think about it I realise I am frowning or contorting it in some way, and to be honest the thought of freezing it in place is quite appealing... are there any products that help with over-flexible foreheads??
