Botox virgin

I’ve got an appointment on Sat for Botox. I’ve never had Botox or any other treatments eg fillers etc. I’m 41 and just want to look a bit fresher.

What should I be asking? Will it have settled after a week, going to a family wedding the next weekend.

Any tips or stories?

Bumping for you, usually takes about 10-14 days to kick in, but sometimes sooner

Thanks. I can’t decide if I want it anyway, even if it probably won’t have an effect by the wedding!

Talk to,your doctor about the effect you want. I’m not wrinkled but my eyes were quite droopy. I told her how I wanted to look and she knew what to do.

I had mine done for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I'm 31 but have thick skin with deep set wrinkles. Speak to them about problem areas. I had the lines in my forehead and my 11's done. My results started within two days and were spot on after about 7 days. I am SO pleased with my results!

I look ok in the morning but by the evening.....

I get lots of wrinkles from my eyes when I smile or laugh. Some on my forehead but these bother me less.

I’m quite thin and I do wonder if my face would look better if I was a bit more plumped out iyswim.

I have had it done twice, in a week it will have begun to settle in. I love it - I ask to have it done as light as possible, and I just look the same - just less tired and fresher looking. Once you get it done - you will want to keep it up!

I’ve been! In the end I got fillers in both cheeks and a tiny bit of Botox at the side of each eye. I’m really pleased with the filler results, they alone have done wonders for under my eyes and the crows feet at the side, Botox obv not yet kicked in.
