How can you remove a crease from a leather handbag?

I am planning on selling a Mulberry handbag but have noticed there is a crease in the leather due it not being stored properly. I am hoping if I stuff it with something it will come out.

Any advice please? What should I stuff it with? Will it come out or have I ruined it?

What bag is it ? Do you know the leather type? I’ve got a few old Mulberries and might be able to help or point you in the right direction.

It's a Kensington in mole grey. It's a grainy leather.
