As my username suggests, I'm rather vertically challenged.
I need to buy some knee-high boots as my old pair have given up the ghost, but it took me MONTHS to buy those a few years ago. Knee high boots when you're under 5ft tall often end up being, well, over-the-knee boots that look ridiculous and are uncommfortable to wear.
Does anyone know any boots that come up shorter?
