I am not sure what tights would be best but definately need them. I have low heeled court shoes and the dress is quite a fine knit A line knee length/skater style dress.
I think black opaques may be too "black" but from reading on here it sounds as if black sheer or almost black are a bit of a fashion no no!
What would you do please? This is just for a meal out at a pub/restaurant and have a long silver chain to break up the black.
