Evening all!!

I'll be wearing it to a very smart family celebration, and a wedding evening do in the next couple of months. I'm trying to decide what shoes to wear.
I only have one pair that work, similar to these Carvela ones, only in black leather:

But - I keep wondering if I ought to have something a bit bolder? I definitely want a closed toe, and the heel needs to be no higher than about 3 inches total, otherwise the jumpsuit will look too short. I have stupidly big feet (size 9/43), so really struggle with finding shoes. But if you spot something that isn't available in a big enough size, still chuck it in there - ideas on shape and colour are as welcome as specific pairs.
