There is an Asda dupe for £10 with retinol in. Yet to try, but good reviews.

Never tried Elizabeth Arden ones, I buy my retinol in a tube and use Beauty Pie's vitamin c capsules which are fantastic. I think brands like EA are going to lose out in the beauty market as there are brilliant alternatives around now which are much cheaper and actually work.
