Hi, I am looking for any information regarding a tummy tuck , prices and abroad or uk please. I have a really saggy stomach and I am at the point I’m life where I feel I need to feel good about myself, having tried exercise dieting etc and nothing works. I am 56 so kids are grown up. Please any advice welcome. Thanks

These are all excellent

I'm 57 and need one too, I'm considering it for next year.

I worked at the Queen Vic East Grinstead doing plastic surgery (as a nurse) and they are the only ones I would consider at the moment. They specialise in it.

They charge around 6K.

I also worked for Spire for several years, they are ok but it totally depends on the consultant, some better than others but the Queen Vic has nothing but excellent surgeons.

Following this thread. I'm 43 and considering one next year.

Yes @madcatladyforever that's why I've linked to those surgeons in particular having worked alongside them myself in theatre.

Regarding the Queen Victoria in East Grinstead I have heard less than favourable reports of their nursing staff (sorry I am sure you are lovely)

Also following...I have absolutely no clue where to begin looking so the above links are helpful. I worry about the recovery and wonder if I may need to wait until my DC are a little older.

My mum had about 15 years ago, early 50's. It completely changed her life. She's tiny but had this persistent pouch overhang from 4 c-sections and she was so self conscious she wore baggy clothes all the time. She has since dressed completely differently and is so much happier. It is a major undertaking from a surgical perspective so recovery needs to be taken seriously but the effect it had on her was incredible.

I saw Beauty In Prague recommended on here (I think it was on here.)
Their prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and they have very good reviews. I was looking into a breast reduction and will definitely consider them if I go ahead.
