Bra help

If the centre of the bra is not sitting flat against the cheat way, is it because the the cup size is too small ? I was fitted in M and S and was told the bra doesn't always sit flat but ime it needs too to fit properly and be comfortable. I'm not willing to see them again as they've never fit me correctly.

M and S are rubbish at bra fitting. The central gore should be flat against your chest, and if it doesn't it means the cup size is too small. You need to measure under your bust to get the band size, and over your bust to get the cup size.

Yes it means the cup is too small as the extra breast tissue pushes the gore away from your body

Only needs to be against your chest if it's underwired though, just in case it's non-underwired bras you were trying!

Thank you all. I know m and s are crap but when I tell them they aren't doing it right they look shocked.

All my bras except one are underwired as I thought that's what I needed being a current GG cup. Then I saw a non wired and bought that and it wasn't too bad.

I have bras from different shops so I guess it is like everything else, no standard size across the stores.

Not sure I've seen a H bra but will keep looking.

Thanks.
