Started low-carving and am eating 800-900 caps a day for 2 weeks now. I don't feel bad, but I haven't been to the loo, so to speak for several days! I'm drinking 1litre herbal tea at work and 1 litre water during the day, coupled with 2 small coffees and more water after dinner.
Food wise, lots of salad, raw veg, eggs and grapefruit for breakfast, and other foods like tuna, salmon, mackerel, lentils, cheese in various formats.
I enjoyed some toast last weekend. I haven't got high blood sugar, bit just want to lose kilos and change lifestyle.
Where am I going wrong? Or is it not really a problem?
