Ive booked for their new location in the Midlands and paid half as a deposit but had no confirmation or anything

Messenger says they're not taking enquiries via that platform and gives numbers to call.
The numbers always go to answerphone and looking on the website it says they are closed on Saturdays and my pplintment is on a Saturday

Anybody been or booked to go?

Oh dear this sounds very dodgy, are you sure they are genuine, how did you book your appointment if you can't get in toch now?
I hope you manage to contact them somehow

IndieTara · 18/09/2019 16:13

I originally booked over the phone but since then can't get back through.
They look genuine

I assume you have left messages, even if it genuine it is very rude not to reply, and out your mind at rest
You said their new locatio, do you know whee they were base before?
Very worrying for you

IndieTara · 19/09/2019 15:54

It's an extra location rather relocation

I expect you have tried the other one then, it is very rude if it's genuine anyway not to reply to messages, and very worrying for you
Would you have to travel far to your appointment?

IndieTara · 28/09/2019 11:02

Well I needn't have worried. The therapist showed up and I had my treatment.
However she also told me that after today this new location is closing down so still all seems a bit iffy

Well i am pleased for you that you got your treatment, any explanation of why they didn't reply to your messages
I agree it does still sound a bit iffy
Were there any other people having treatments, and are you pleased with it? any explantion of why this is closing down, or it it both places?
As far as i know, that kind of treatment takes more than once to have it

IndieTara · 28/09/2019 12:42

Yes there was somebody waiting when I came out. Apparently the person who was supposed to be running the new location left the company.

Results usually take 3 months to start to show, the therapist said she'd usually recommend repeating the treatment after 12 months

Oh so if that one closes you can go to the original one?
I had something similiar a block of six, cost me £200 on offer,, half price, never did a thing a few weeks apart
,I hope yours is more successful, could be a stronger one than mine
