You know- the Holland and Barrett type. Mates daughters hair seems bad. (Think more complicated but this is a start)

Specifically for hair. You’d need to take (religiously) every day for 3 months. Yes, they are expensive but can spread cost and money back option.
I wouldn’t waste money with a generic multi vit type.

I take a daily dose of 10,000mcg Biotin - cheap as chips on eBay. My fine hair is noticeably thicker and I have lots more of it since I've been taking these tablets. It also does wonders for my nails which used to break easily, but now I have to file them otherwise they'd be like Fu Manchu's. Grin

Nioxin. It's fantastic.

Sorry, posted too soon. It's a shampoo, conditioner and a scalp and roots treatment and it really is amazing. Has made a huge difference to me. Have been using it about 6 months now and you can certainly notice the difference.

Biotin and caffeine shampoo.

DonKeyshot · 22/09/2019 19:15

If you opt for biotin expect to see results within 4-6 weeks of taking the tablets.

How old is she? Is this sudden or patchy?

My dermatologist recommended Viviscal for hairloss (as well as steroids and topical creams etc. so not in isolation) It's from Holland and Barrett but you can get it elsewhere.

@GoldenEvilHoor I'm currently taking biotin from Harvey Nutrition 120 tiny tablets for £4.99.
However, I've just seen the same strength and amount of biotin from Phoenix Nutrition for £4.49 and I may buy that when my current supply runs out.
