Shoes that aren't hideous for plantar fasciitis

Hi

Im about to return to nursing and have an acute medical placement coming up.

I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last 2 months and need recommendations for shoes suitable for work that will be supportive for my sore foot. Now I know they won't be the epitome of style but I need recommendations for a brand that will fit the bill please!

Hotter Jewel. I'm a teacher and have several pairs. They are like slippers.

I have had PF in one foot for over a year now and I just can’t shake it no matter what I do. Fit flops don’t help. Insoles don’t help. The exercises don’t help. I’ve stopped running and I’ve even toned down my walking.

Oh oops misunderstood, I think (haven’t had coffee yet). I gather you’re not running at the moment...

If you’re not already doing the recommended exercises for PF then I’d start with a strict routine of doing those at least three times a day. If you’re consistent with those it should really help.
