Help! Alternative ballet flats now it's colder

Hello lovely people.
Please help - I'm in my 40's I've got wide big feet. Size 9. I'm tall & avoid heels in the day.
What's an every day shoe I can wear now it's getting colder. I have cold feet in my ballet flats - but they make my feet look smaller... what would look nice but not massive or clumpy?
This time of year I usually wear skinny jeans. Skirts thick tights. Etc
