Help me find a top !

I'm looking for a top. I want it to be the same style & fit as a blouse but made of warmer material, like perhaps jersey, for the transitional weather.
Mostly to wear with jeans so can be casual, but would also be fine to be a bit smarter.
Anyone seen anything to fit the bill ?

Flannel? Uniqlo have women’s flannel shorts but they are very casual.

I'm a size 10. Budget is on the lower side. Not more than £40 ideally. Generally prefer a bit of colour rather than drab but having said that, I do like greys.
