Serums - oily congested skin

I have oily congested but dehydrated skin and moistures don't sit right.
I normally use misha night time revolution serum which is an Estée Lauder dupe.
However it can sometimes be difficult to get hold of. I'm looking for a serum around the £20 mark that won't break me out and will hydrate my skin.
