Help me with styling these trousers(photo)!!

I got them for the summer but it’s just occurred to me they’d be great for a winter party/night out.

They’re quite fine flowy black material with a gold pattern. Slits up the side to mid calf.

How could I dress them up? Feeling a bit uninspired. I think it would need to be a body or a shortish/tied top as tucked in wouldn’t look right.

A crop top. any top that stops just at the waist really that isn't too loose.
