Help please. Needing to buy summer clothes in UK winter

I'll be going on a work trip to a hot weather destination at the end of November. I'll be there for 3 weeks and the trip will involve working at weekend including barbecues and beach trips etc
I'm getting very stressed about the trip as I'm not going to have a suitable wardrobe!

I'm currently losing weight and don't want to buy now because I'm likely to drop at least two more dress sizes between now and then so I'll start to shop in early November, mostly online.

Can posters please help me out by pointing me to online stores that have size 18 clothes, that will be selling summer clothes in November so I can start planning.
Also, I need a basic colour scheme, no idea where to start with this as it's not like buying a holiday wardrobe, it needs to be a bit more formal for work. Smart tailored shorts, short sleeved shirts etc will be fine, mini dresses will not.

Next tends to have a limited 'holiday' section all year round if that's any help.

Sorry just read your post properly, maybe it won't.

Try Boden clearance section.

Another idea with Boden is that you could take advange of their generous returns policy on non clearance and buy now in the size you plan to be. Although, I'm not sure how many Summer items are still in their non clearance section.

Next and ASOS have decent tailoring all year round. I used to work in a hot climate and would stock up at Christmas to take workwear etc back with me.

Also Mango Outlet should have good summer options at that time of year.

eBay is your friend!

Google cruise and holiday collections which will start to arrive in around November, and consider looking at Spanish, Italian and Israeli websites where the temperature range is more likely to have something suitable. Sunad.es was a Spanish online shop I liked earlier this summer. And I think there are a couple of shops with online ranges that sell beachwear year round. I would also suggest looking at US, especially Californian online clothing but you will get hammered on postage and import levies.

Personally I'd shop on EBay.

Thank you everyone, good suggestions here. Especially about the Boden return policy, I had no idea it was so generous.

I'm now actually in a complete panic about this trip.
I cannot, cannot, wear shorts. My legs just aren't very nice.
No doubt I'll be posting for more advice and help nearer the time.
