Chunky Chelsea boots

I saw a woman wearing some slightly chunky brown chelseaboots, that might have had a woolly lining.
Has anyone seen anything similar?

Or any other slip on chunkyish ankle boots that have caught your eye.

My winter wardrobe is needing a boost.

£144 is rather a lot if you have to tuck in or chop off a tab.

They’re lovely though. I bought mine last year and hardly took them off all through winter. They might be cheaper elsewhere, I haven’t bothered to look.

Those Sarah Raven boots are perfect, i’d happily pay £144 for them if they went big enough for my massive size 9 feet!

You guys are great. Why didn’t I think of DMs?
I wanted blu ndstones in Oz years ago, But was told in the shop that they came up narrow, don’t know if that’s still the case.

@Ohyesiam. I have wide feet and have been wearing Blundstones for years ! Their hand sizes are wide equivalents of that size. Ie: Size 7 and size 7.5 are the same length, but 7.5 is wider. They also come up big. I’m a 9 in Clark’s and 7.5 in Blundstone.

I’ve got the brown ugg bonhams, I’m coming up to my third winter with them and they’re starting to look a bit shabby but they’ve been the best boots ever, I’ve worn them through every weather and they’ve kept my feet toasty and dry and they look reasonably smart, I’m looking at the DM fur lined next for a change

I saw a photo in a facebook group that someone had taken in Primark of their doc marten dupes. Loads of them in black and oxblood including flatform types (although I didn’t see chelsea boots). Definitely worth a look in there.
