Navy dress with vertical stripe. What shoes?

Ok, I've got myself a job interview and I'm planning on wearing this dress. It looks good on, doesn't cling and isn't too over the top (the job is in a school).

What shoes should I wear? I don't want to spend too much, but was thinking flats or a navy block heel.

Navy block heel would be good.
Nude heels would be good too if you already have ones at home, once you get the job, buy new pair.

agreed with nude - nice nude flats with pointy toe are very versatile and useful and flattering.

Navy block heel would also look good but depends on your style, age, figure - ii'm in my early 40s and that would make me look like a dumpy WI member!

I'm one for nude pair of shoes black could make it look too professional for a school position where nude still clean and professional but feminine and won't pull on the eye like black would love the dress
