Joe Browns style but better quality?

Do you lovely knowledgeable people know where I can find somewhere similar to Joe Browns, but better quality clothing? I love the style but I have ordered a few bits here and there and always send it back as it either feels cheap, is wonky (!) or hangs terribly.
I love the look of the clothes, I just want them to actually look good on! Anywhere you can recommend?

Some bits from Nomads are not dissimilar but lovely quality, so are Thought clothing (previously Braintree). I’ve had things from both and they have lasted years. Not all of it is the same but they will do the odd bit here and there.

I love the look and colours of some of Joe Browns clothing but agree with you op re: quality/shabbiness/finish etc.
I had one dress which I loved it was gorgeous Mediterranean Sea colours turquoise/blues/greens. But at 6ft tall the waist was in the wrong place I am also a 18-20. Anywhere similar anyone would recommend for me to shop other than Long Tall Sally?

Yes I love the colours in Whitestuff too but unfortunately they both only go up an 18 in store and the waist is almost always way too high/in the wrong place.
