Made in Tuscany Bags

Hi All

Has anyone ever bought anything from this company?

Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days and it hasn't arrived 2 weeks later.

I have repeatedly chased them for info but I keep being told that they will look into it, and then I don't hear anything. They also aren't responding to the "chat" on their website.

Please someone tell me that they are a bona fide company. I'm beginning to think that I've been scammed.

Just want to leave my thoughts about this company, in the hope that they will be useful to someone else sometime.

The bags eventually arrived more than 3 weeks late, despite having been advertised as 2-3 days delivery.

I had to keep chasing them and at no point did they ever explain the delay, they kept promising to get back to me and then failed to, or when they did, they had no information.

The actual bags are reasonable quality but are also sold by Tuscany Leather, so if anyone is thinking of ordering, avoid "Made in Tuscany"!

I know it seems really pretty to write this here, but somehow I am not able to leave a review on their website!

Oddly I was looking at these bags today! I'll bear this in mind, thanks.
